We are looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join my clients in East Sussex! If you have a proven track record in new homes sales and a passion for property, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective buyers through the sales process from inquiry to completion.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales.
- Provide expert advice on home designs and customisation options.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Support marketing events, open houses, and viewings to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong sales record.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of the property market and new developments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Full driving license with access to a car.
