Are you a skilled New Home Sales Negotiator looking to work with one of the most prestigious developers in the UK?
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected property developer on an exclusive new homes scheme in South East London. This is your chance to be part of a premium development project, selling high-quality new homes and working within a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the developer in selling a high-end new homes scheme.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service from first contact through to completion.
- Deliver detailed property presentations, conducting viewings, and secure reservations.
- Provide expert guidance on the home-buying process, including help with mortgage options and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and liaise with the wider development team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a New Home Sales Negotiator or similar role within the property industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for property and providing exceptional customer service.
