About the Role


This company is looking for an experienced estate agency valuer to join their dynamic team of valuers as a Sales Valuer. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career with the market leading estate agent in Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible, managing clients, negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange, registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings. The role requires a strong work ethic, a successful track record in the candidate's academic, professional or personal life, and a desire to grow as an individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
  • Managing clients (as well as colleagues' clients), keeping them updated at all times and providing an exceptional level of service.
  • Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
  • Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
  • Constantly looking to improve the company's market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency valuing.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to grow as an individual.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.

Working Hours


The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (Saturdays on a rota basis).
