Senior Client Services Consultant position
Location: Muswell Hill
Job Summary:
Within this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving instructions for all areas of the business. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Ideal experience and salary information:
The ideal candidate will have experience within the property industry already or from a relative sales market/industry. This position will offer Monday - Friday work only and hours from 9-5:30. The salary will range from £28,000-£30,000 basic salary and £40,000 On Target Earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the property market
- Analyse market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth
- Monitor competitors and industry developments
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, landlords or vendors
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients, landlords or vendors
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property market
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
