Responsibilities:
- Manage the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to prospective tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
- Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lettings negotiator role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A welcoming and enthusiastic personality
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the Oxford property market is a plus
