Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

My client is a well-regarded independent estate agency established in 2010 and have grown exponentially. Known for high standards and exceptional service, they focus on residential sales and lettings and asset management, with an expanding portfolio in the Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors.
Role Summary
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of high-net-worth and institutional clients, overseeing daily operations, client relations, and property maintenance. You'll ensure compliance, manage budgets, and handle inquiries while providing high-quality service and reporting regularly on portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct property inspections, ensuring preventative maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor financials, generate reports, and provide insights into portfolio performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years' experience in property or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of the AST Housing Act.
- ARLA Level 3 or IRPM certification preferred (or working towards).
- Collaborative and professional approach, with a high level of organization.
