My client is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team in Chorley!
Your Role:
As a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, guiding them through the journey to homeownership. You'll provide expert advice, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure that clients find a home that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers via phone, email, and in-person to explain the Shared Ownership process.
- Conduct viewings and site tours, showcasing the benefits of properties within the program.
- Assess customers' eligibility for Shared Ownership schemes and provide tailored advice.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to completion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local property market and Shared Ownership regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and housing association partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a customer-facing sales environment. Experience in Shared Ownership is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Shared Ownership schemes and the housing market is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Attitude: A proactive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
