Senior Sales Negotiator, North Kensington & Notting Hill

Are you an ambitious, tenacious and experienced candidate with the ability to influence and motivate the team around you?

My client is an independent Estate Agency with a clear vision located in arguably one of the most desirable parts of London. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to work closely, support and build a greater business with the Sales Director.

The firm have a strong reputation across the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The focus is to ensure exceptional service is delivered time and time again, hard work is rewarded with a bespoke package. Working as a team is a fundamental element of this role.

About you

The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for sales, a determination and hunger to sell properties and effortlessly network to build strong relationships with clients and buyers alike.

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a sales negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships
  • Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude
  • You must exercise a good team spirit within an office environment
  • You should be driven, motivated and excited by property and meeting people
  • Experience valuing and listing properties is advantageous
  • You must hold a full driving license

About the role

  • Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building lasting relationships within the local area.
  • Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity.
  • Support and work closely with Sales Manager
  • Accompany all viewings with buyers providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Build on existing negotiation skills and focus on tailoring this to individual applicants/clients.
  • Maximise opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Use CRM system to input data and use accordingly on daily basis.

The Rewards

  • Competitive basic salary
  • OTE £70-£80k
  • Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm.
  • Saturday Rota - 1 in 4 - ½ lieu day given for Saturday
