Salary: Basic £30,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £39,000 - £41,000)

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conducting property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiating offers and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the area.
- Collaborating with team members to maximize sales opportunities and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, preferably within the upper end of the property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- A valid UK driving license.
