Associate Investment Analyst
Devellsmith has partnered with a Boutique Asset Manager with over £100M under management. Our client focuses on Short to Medium Term Real Estate Debt finance as well as providing Mezzanine Finance.
This opportunity is paying up to £50k + bonus and offers flexible working.
The role
* Initial review / analysis of all new loan opportunities.
* Full review of valuations / assets / terms.
* Tracking of loan commitments , condition subsequent tracking, monitoring where development / refurbishment occurring.
* Review of final legal reporting and ensuring effective loan completions.
* Portfolio maintenance / management - drawdowns effectively managed, arrears / default tracked and reported.
* Broker relationships : responsibility for maintaining strong relationships with their "introducing" partners.
* Investor relationships : quarterly and month end reporting on portfolio and market performance .
* Ensuring complete set of documentation for each loan. Ongoing input into system development.
* Responsible for investment decisions on new loans and overall management of portfolio
What you need
* You need to be a Motivated self starter.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Property knowledge/experience required.
