From processing rent payments and managing deposit returns to resolving queries and handling arrears, you'll take full ownership of the accounting process. Main Responsibilities:

  • Inputting tenancy information into the company's accounting system to ensure smooth and timely rent processing
  • Handling queries through internal communication channels, addressing concerns from both tenants and colleagues.
  • Working closely with landlords, tenants, and team members, facilitating effective collaboration across different departments.
  • Managing deposit returns and cancellations, ensuring they are processed swiftly and correctly.
  • Monitoring and following up on unpaid rent, helping to resolve arrears and keep accounts up-to-date.
  • Verifying payment details to ensure they meet Direct Debit compliance standards.
  • Applying knowledge of tax regulations related to overseas landlords, ensuring all transactions are compliant.
  • Investigating and resolving financial queries, taking appropriate action to ensure smooth operations.
  • Completing all tasks efficiently and accurately, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
