Job Title: Commercial Agent MRICS
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £60,000 + OTE
We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Agent to join their expanding team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to play a key part in the growth and success of a well-established property business.
Role Overview:
As a Qualified/MRICS Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for winning new business, selling and letting commercial properties, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires an individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service, has a keen eye for new opportunities, and is passionate about achieving outstanding results.
You will be joining a dynamic and ambitious team of professionals, operating across the North Cotswolds and surrounding counties. The team prides itself on delivering exceptional client care, maintaining clear and effective communication, and providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities in the commercial property market.
- Sales & Lettings: Manage the sale and letting of commercial properties, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering results that exceed their expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial consultant to drive the growth and development of the commercial team.
- Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service, always prioritising the client's best interests.
- Team Leadership: In the medium term, there is the opportunity to take on a leadership role and build the commercial team further.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: A proven track record in a similar commercial property role.
- Qualification: Must be fully qualified (e.g., MRICS) with relevant industry experience.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the North Cotswolds and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- Integrity & Discretion: Must possess the highest level of integrity and discretion, always putting client's interests first.
