Main Duties:
Collaborate closely with the customer hub administrative team to uphold their commitment to excellence.
Issue and manage all necessary statutory documentation for prospective residents, contributing to a seamless on boarding process.
Utilise Yardi and Zendesk to meticulously record and update data, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.
Elevate their reputation for customer service by consistently providing an exceptional experience in every interaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience in letting administration is essential to excel in this role.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers.
