Job Title: Façade Site Manager
Location: North London
Project: Large-Scale Regeneration Scheme
Type: Contract until July 2025 - ASAP start

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager for a major regeneration project local to Finsbury Park. This role requires a proactive leader with a proven track record in delivering complex façade packages, particularly in brick and metal cladding. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-quality façade systems, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the façade package on a large regeneration project, with a focus on brick and metal cladding systems.
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager & Senior Site Manager to ensure efficient work-flow and timely completion of façade works.
  • Monitor quality control, ensuring all works are carried out to the project specifications and relevant standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues promptly to maintain project progress.
  • Manage site logistics and ensure effective sequencing of façade installation activities.
  • Prepare and update progress reports, contributing to project meetings and client updates.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Façade Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong background in managing brick and metal cladding installations.
  • Excellent knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walling, cladding panels, and associated structural components.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
  • CSCS Black Card preferred.
  • First Aid at Work certification is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
