Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing
Location: Essex

Salary: Circa £100,000 Base + Bonus/Car Allowance

(Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM with some Flexible Working Arrangements)

About the Role

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping the digital presence and strategy for our client. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Team Management: Inspire and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, ensuring optimal performance and impact.

  • Performance Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and aligned digital strategies.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximise ROI.

  • Hands-On Execution: Step into campaign setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting when needed to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to achieve performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 7+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategic leadership within senior roles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems.

  • Strategic and Tactical: Ability to devise high-level strategies and execute them effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven with a strong ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
