Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and developing the business, you will have an entrepreneurial flair and demonstrate ability to increase revenue and productivity.
- Planning and strategy: Setting sales goals, projections, and processes
- Training and on boarding: Helping to train and on-board new sales team members
- Analysing data: Analysing sales statistics to determine and identify opportunities
- Technology: Embrace and utilise the tech platforms
- Managing teams: Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team
- Adapting to change: Anticipating change and adapting sales processes to maintain a competitive edge
Who are you and your experience?
- You must be an accomplished Sales or Lettings Manager who has worked for a leading Estate Agency brand
- Demonstrate ability to recognise market trends and initiate change ahead of the curve
- You should be data driven with an analytical mindset to initiate projections
- Be a creative thinker who is committed to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the business
The rewards
