Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their estate agency sales department across multiple branches. This new, pivotal role is ideal for someone who can both oversee and drive the success of sales teams while actively engaging in property valuations and client interactions.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in estate agency sales. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring that both offices operate efficiently. Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards of customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee the operations of sales teams across multiple offices, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Property Valuation & Sales: Personally conduct property valuations and engage with clients, leading by example in the sales process.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set, monitor, and report on sales targets, ensuring that both individual and team performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with transparency, professionalism, and care.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure both offices operate smoothly, with consistent processes and communication between teams.
