An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant to join a growing developer on a stunning site in St Neots. With Phase 3 about to launch and Phase 4 coming next year, this is the perfect role for someone with some property experience looking to progress their career in the New Homes sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and informed sales experience
- Learn about the development, specifications, and local area to effectively advise buyers
- Support the sales and construction teams in maintaining a seamless buyer journey
- Ensure the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes is always to the highest standard
About You:
- Must have some experience in property, either through estate agency or property-related roles
- Looking to develop a career in New Homes Sales
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to learning and contributing to the sales process
- Able to work weekends (1 weekend off per month)
