Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £32,000
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday - Friday, Office Based
Lettings Administrator - They're not just a workplace, they're a TEAM! This position will be an integral part of continuing their top tier service to clients and tenants.
This is a chance to work with a fast growing independent company within their lettings team, you will be the bridge between landlords and Tenants, from initial enquiry to the signed lease. From scheduling appointments and handling paperwork to drafting AST's and chasing external references, you will be the pillar that ensures everyone is well informed and comfortable throughout the process.

As Lettings Administrator, you duties will include:
- Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
- Dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings
- Organising pre and post tenancy paperwork
- Filing safety certificates
