- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies that reduce costs and improve efficiency across the portfolio.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties meet relevant health, safety, and building compliance standards.
About You:
- Property Management Experience: You must come from a property management background, with experience managing the maintenance of residential portfolios.
- Driven and Confident: Our client values attitude above all; you will be a driven, proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and resolves them confidently.
- Excellent Communicator: You can liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple projects with precision.
- Organised and Efficient: You are highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities, and keep track of multiple projects across a portfolio.
What's in it for You:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Opportunity to work with a leading property management firm in London.
- Career growth and professional development.
- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
How to Apply:
If you are a dynamic and driven individual with the experience and attitude to excel in this role, we want to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
