Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing developer on a beautiful site in St Neots. With Phase 3 about to launch and Phase 4 scheduled for next year, this role offers the chance to be part of an ambitious and expanding business with exciting future plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
  • Effectively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for both Phase 3 and future phases
  • Provide detailed and accurate knowledge of the development, specifications, and local area to clients
  • Liaise with the wider sales and construction team to ensure a smooth buyer journey
  • Ensure show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standards

About You:

  • Must have previous experience in New Homes Sales
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the team from day one
  • Must be able to work weekends (1 weekend off per month)
