An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing developer on a beautiful site in St Neots. With Phase 3 about to launch and Phase 4 scheduled for next year, this role offers the chance to be part of an ambitious and expanding business with exciting future plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
- Effectively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for both Phase 3 and future phases
- Provide detailed and accurate knowledge of the development, specifications, and local area to clients
- Liaise with the wider sales and construction team to ensure a smooth buyer journey
- Ensure show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standards
About You:
- Must have previous experience in New Homes Sales
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the team from day one
- Must be able to work weekends (1 weekend off per month)
