My client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a New Homes Sales Consultant at an exciting new development in Watford.
You will be joining an experienced team so my client is open minded on the experience you have and would be interested in any candidates with luxury retail sales experience, lettings, estate agency sales or similar industries.
The Role:
- Achieve sales targets by guiding customers through the home-buying process including engaging with prospective buyers, conducting viewings and negotiation all whilst delivering 5* customer service!
- Stay informed about the development and available properties - being a font of knowledge of the local area really helps
- With a basic salary of £32k and OTE of £60k, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
- There is weekend working included with the role but you will always have 2 days off together during the week and will have a minimum of 1 full weekend off per month
About you:
- You should have experience in one of the following industries: Estate agency (lettings or sales), New Homes sales, luxury retail, airlines, or similar industries
- You will have some sales experience and be able to negotiate a deal
- You must be able to deliver excellent customer service & be a people person.
