Project Sales Manager - Prime Central London Development
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Sales Manager to lead the sales team at a prestigious development in Prime Central London. With a focus on international buyers and high-end property sales, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader to take charge of an iconic project.
The Role:
- Manage and inspire a team including a Team Leader, Senior Sales Consultant, and Sales Negotiators.
- Oversee the sales process for a prime development, targeting a diverse international market
- Conduct international agent briefings and lead overseas roadshows
- Control team rotas, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Primarily a Monday to Friday role with occasional weekends during key launches and busy periods.
About You:
- Proven experience managing sales teams in prime central London property developments.
- Strong knowledge of the international property market
- Ability to manage agents, conduct briefings, and drive international sales.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Package:
- Basic salary: £41k
- OTE: £83.5k
