Job description
Job Title: Personal Assistant & Office Manager
Company: Boutique Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Mayfair (flexibility to work from home)
About Us:
My client is a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage, working on exclusive high-end property listings across Prime Central London (PCL).
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic Personal Assistant & Office Manager to be a key part of their support team, working closely with the Founder who leads the brokerage. As a growing business, they need someone who can handle the operational side of the business, ensure smooth listing processes, and liaise with clients to provide excellent service.
If you're an organised self-starter, comfortable managing admin and compliance processes, and passionate about the real estate industry, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- General PA duties: Provide high-level support to the Founder, managing their business and personal admin tasks.
- Listing management: Organise and oversee the process of listing properties, ensuring compliance and marketing materials are ready for client approval.
- Client liaison: Regularly update clients with weekly reports, manage appointments, and provide first-class service.
- Office management: Handle day-to-day operations, manage the team's workflow, and assist with business administration.
- Marketing support: Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to ensure properties are marketed to their full potential.
- Property launch support: Work with Josh to ensure that properties are launched seamlessly, managing enquiries and preparing marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in PA, office management, or admin support, ideally within real estate or a similar sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Reapit or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
- Ability to hold your own in client meetings and build rapport.
- A proactive, "yes" attitude - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- A valid UK driver's license.
If you have the relevant skills and personal attributes required for this role and are currently looking for the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in the property industry, then please do not hesitate to contact me. Either reply to this advert, or email me directly.
We work as one
The key to growth is in our differences, not similarities. Alongside our partners, building a diverse, inclusive and equal environment is at our core: everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged to be their authentic self. Respect isn't an opt-in, it's the only way forward.
