Location: Notting Hill Gate, London (with regular travel to Chelsea Bridge Wharf)

Type: Permanent, Part-time (20-22 hours per week)

Salary: Approx. £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and driven Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Senior Executive aof a leading residential developer in a private office setting. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, encompassing office administration, property management, and project coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional looking for flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Office Management: Efficiently manage the Senior Executive's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Oversee the day-to-day running of the private office.

  • Project Coordination: Assist with on-site project management tasks, including safety visits and interior design oversight. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

  • Property Management: Support property acquisition and management processes, working closely with solicitors to handle completion statements and other legal documentation.

  • Building & Facilities Management: Liaise with managing agents and oversee the management of private office facilities.

  • Administrative Leadership: Act as the head of administration for the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business. Provide support to the Finance Manager and other team members as needed.

  • Document Handling: Manage and maintain private files stored, ensuring confidentiality and easy access when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A background in corporate or private PA roles is highly desirable. Experience in property management, project coordination, or a similar versatile role will be an advantage.

  • Flexibility: This is not a full-time role, but it requires someone who is highly flexible and adaptable. The successful candidate will be comfortable working part-time hours with the potential for remote work.

  • Initiative: We need someone who can take charge of tasks, work independently, and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.

  • Personality: We're looking for someone confident, competent, and efficient, with a good bedside manner. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, able to take instruction well, and demonstrate a willingness to get involved and take on tasks.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, especially in dealing with solicitors, managing agents, and the wider team.
