Supporting a busy team of Property Managers general duties will include:
- Booking check ins with residents
- Booking in property visits for PM's
- Registering managed tenancies with suitable utility companies
- Closing accounts at the end of tenancy
- Supporting with compliance documents
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner
- Logging reports onto Salesforce
Skills required:
- Experience working in a busy admin role
- Organised, great attention to detail and able to multi task
- Positive, can do attitude
- Great team player and communicator
- Ability to use Microsoft packages and confident with excel
