Resident Services Manager - North Acton | £38,000-£40,000 + 10% Bonus

Join a globally established real estate agency as their next Resident Services Manager at a premium residential site in North Acton with 170 apartments. If you have a passion for people and property, this is the role for you!
As the go-to person for residents, you'll oversee everything from initial enquiries and viewings to move-ins, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for everyone. You'll also lead a dedicated team, foster a thriving community, and collaborate with service partners to enhance the resident experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 4, managing rotas, delegating tasks, and driving performance
- Handle enquiries, viewings, and leasing offers with a smile
- Build strong relationships with contractors and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and host exciting resident events to build a sense of community
- Keep communication fresh through various channels, including social media
- Coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and inspections to ensure top-notch living standards
- Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
- Assist in driving rental growth and providing strategic insights on pricing and market trends
- Manage the building's expenditure budget and explore new revenue streams
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Property Management and Lettings
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Salary & Benefits:
- £38,000 - £40,000 base salary
- Up to 10% discretionary bonus
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, site-based
