Sales Negotiator Position - Clerkenwell
Looking for a step into a Prime London market?
This exciting sales seat is located within Clerkenwell, surrounded by luxury properties and high net worth clients. This office in particular solely focus on the prime central London patch covering areas such as St. Johns Wood, Holborn, Russell Square etc. The brand itself is an award winning multi-branch independent first established over 25 years ago, the nature of their business has got them to where they are today with multiple successful offices.
This brand pride themselves in customer service and set themselves apart from "traditional" high street agencies, working mainly on referral basis.
Within this role you will be working closely alongside a director that has over 20 years experience in the estate agency industry. The office already have an impressive track record of successful billings and need a hungry driven negotiator to sell the stock that the director is bringing to the market. Being the only negotiator working closely alongside this director will quickly up skill and develop you as an agent.
Working for an independent brand gives the said negotiator a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £28,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £60,000. Alongside this there will be a flexible Saturday working pattern on offer starting at a 1 in 3.
The ideal candidate:
- 12 months minimum estate agency experience
- Prime central London experience preferred
- Track record of successful billings
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
