Salary: £36,000 - £42,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

You'll help manage the New Homes Customer Relations Department, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance.

What's needed?

  • Property Sector Knowledge: Understanding the real estate sales cycle, particularly around new developments and customer handover processes.
  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property-related compliance, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, World-Check procedures, and other financial safeguards specific to real estate transactions.

  • CRM & Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with property-specific systems like MHP, CODA, and C360 to manage reservations, client data, and financial transactions efficiently. You'll also need to ensure these systems are up-to-date and aligned with operational needs.

  • Commercial & Budget Management: The ability to manage commercial relationships, oversee budgets, and handle purchase orders and invoices.

  • Customer Relations Experience in Property: Proven experience in managing and improving the customer experience in property sales, including supporting customer relations teams with the tools and training needed for successful property handovers and post-sale care.
