Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (with Saturdays on a rota basis).

The Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be an integral part of the team, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver an exceptional service. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, growing the lettings portfolio, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communication
  • Reporting KPIs and market analysis to directors
  • Registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings
  • Identifying opportunities for valuations and cross-selling financial or legal services
  • Conducting market appraisals and valuations to bring new properties to market
  • Actively seeking opportunities to increase market share and grow the business
