Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and listings.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of rental properties.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Guide clients through the lettings process, providing exceptional customer service.
• Work towards individual and team targets to maximise performance and earnings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, with a strong understanding of the rental market.
• Experience in valuations and listings is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license and own car.
