Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager
Covering two offices Streatham and Tooting
This is an excellent opportunity to elevate and to take ownership across two offices in Tooting and Streatham. This estate agency have been established for just under a decade and are on the search for someone support the Sales Director across the two offices.
The role of this assistant manager would be to support your Sales Director in reaching instruction targets, to bring stock on for the wider team and move the office forward. Within this role you will still have the opportunity to close and negotiate your own deals.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within South London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name. Situated in a high traffic area the modern office is in the perfect location for any estate agency brand to continue to grow their reputation.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £33,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £75,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working a minimum of 1 in 3/4 Saturday's. Within this role you earn off of listing bonus and a tiered commission scheme.
