Are you a seasoned New Homes professional with a proven track record and a passion for guiding clients through impactful purchasing decisions? We're looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join my clients teams and take a lead role in the next phase of this North London development.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business
- Ensure premium quality standards of the marketing suite are upheld
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing your expertise
- Stay informed on market trends to provide clients with the best options available
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike
- Experience selling new build developments off-plan
What's on Offer:
- Up to £38k basic, £58k OTE
- Tuesday-Saturday with some weekends
